Weather by en.tutiempo.net

The climate of the city of Valencia is characterized by being mild Mediterranean, with slightly rainy winters and hot, dry summers. It is a transitory climate between Mediterranean and warm semi-arid, with an annualized average temperature of approximately 18ºC.

January is the coldest month of the year, dropping to approximately 8ºC. Therefore, snowfall and temperatures below 0ºC are very rare in Valencia. The hottest month is August, with temperatures that can reach up to 31ºC, with moderate to high humidity.

Something positive about the climate of Valencia is that the significant Mediterranean influence keeps the city cool. The summers are not excessively hot and the winters are usually mild thanks to its thermal amplitude, which is usually maintained around 9ºC.

Although the coastal influence is intense in Valencia, its rainfall is low, around approximately 450 or 500 mm of annual rainfall. The rainiest months are usually in autumn, in September and October, reaching an average of 80 mm, while the driest are usually in the middle of summer, between June and August, when the average rainfall drops to just 8 mm.

Thanks to the Mediterranean influence, Valencia usually has high humidity, reaching 65% throughout the year with very few variations, not even during summer or winter.
